Progressive Credit Ltd a leading non deposit taking Microfinance institution, known for its growth as witnessed in the recent past, is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and competent person.
The position holder will be responsible for providing advice on legal matters and support loan documentation and recovery.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university or institution and a diploma from the Kenya school of Law
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bank , micro-finance institution or Legal Firm.
Must have a valid practicing certificate from Law Society of Kenya
Knowledge of the legal environment in Banking, Finance, Microfinance and general business in Kenya
Any other professional qualifications such as CPA, CPS will be an added advantage
