Diakona is a Swedish Faith Based development Organization that works together with local partner organizations for sustainable change for the most vulnerable people in the world. Our work in Africa is led from the Regional Office in Nairobi Kenya and consists of country offices in Mali, Burkina Faso, DR Congo, Uganda, Somalia, Kenya, Mozambique, Zimbabwe & Zambia.
In order to achieve our goals in the region, we are looking for an outstanding, dynamic, creative results oriented and self driven individual to fill the position of Deputy Regional Manager – Africa to be based at our regional office in Nairobi. This is a strategic position that will lead, develop and coordinate operations within designated programmes and countries in line with established guidelines, policy, strategic planning, budget and steering documents vision. This role will report to Africa Regional manager and is part of the regional management team.
