As part of their expansion strategy Caritas Microfinance Bank is seeking to recruit competent and qualified staff to fill in the following positions:
1.Risk and Compliance Officer
Job Role: Execute the bank’s internal audit plan, identifying risks associated with the business and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks.
Qualifications
Degree in Business,Accounting or Finance,minimum 3 years experience in the financial services industry.
2.Marketing and Communications Officer
Job Role: Responsible for developing and managing the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy for the company and play a key role in leading the overall company growth plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any relevant field, minimum 3 years experience in Marketing.
3.Human Resource and Administration Manager
Job Role: Responsible for ensuring that the office is operationally efficient and effective, setting strategic human resource and administrative direction, providing a prospective on growth and expansion and sustaining a culture that is in line with our values.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource or any other business related field, higher diploma in Human Resource Management ,5-8 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of progressive and hands-on HR generalist and supervision experience.
4.Direct Sales Representatives
Job Role: Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients leading to an increased uptake and usage of bank’s products and services.
Qualifications
Degree/diploma in a business-related course from a recognized institution,be above 25 years of age, have a proven track record in sales related fields.Parish priest recommendation is a MUST.
