The Fairmont Mara Safari Club has opened following an extensive renovation program. Surrounded on three sides by the Mara River, and on the edge of the World’s Seventh “New” Wonder of the World – The Maasai Mara. A spacious outside deck overhangs the river and leads to a heated pool, complete with bar and a private massage tent.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety policies
Other duties as assigned
