Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Presenting new clients with the understanding of our business,our properties and how we market and sell these
  2. Taking clients on tours that will last a minimum of 90 minutes and educating them to the benefits of our products
  3. Being self motivated and very much target and bonus driven.
  4. Natural communicator with an infectious personality,combined with being smart, focused & professional is essential.
  5. Your presentation & hygiene is very important for this role

Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets
  2. Possess strong ability to communicatet, negotiate, and close sales
  3. Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily
  4. Ability to learn product knowledge
  5. Ability to build client relationships, and strong presentation skills
  6. Highly self motivated
  7. Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
  8. Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
  9. Efficient technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience

Renumeration

  1. Successful candidates will be extremely high earners.
  2. Commission payments will be paid monthly
  3. Daily bonuses will also be available in the form of SPIF’s ( Special Performance incentive fund)
  4. Additional bonuses will be available
