Tasks and Responsibilities
- Presenting new clients with the understanding of our business,our properties and how we market and sell these
- Taking clients on tours that will last a minimum of 90 minutes and educating them to the benefits of our products
- Being self motivated and very much target and bonus driven.
- Natural communicator with an infectious personality,combined with being smart, focused & professional is essential.
- Your presentation & hygiene is very important for this role
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales targets
- Possess strong ability to communicatet, negotiate, and close sales
- Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily
- Ability to learn product knowledge
- Ability to build client relationships, and strong presentation skills
- Highly self motivated
- Reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time
- Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
- Efficient technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience
Renumeration
- Successful candidates will be extremely high earners.
- Commission payments will be paid monthly
- Daily bonuses will also be available in the form of SPIF’s ( Special Performance incentive fund)
- Additional bonuses will be available
