Family Health Options Kenya (FHOK) is seeking qualified persons to fill the following position:-PT//2017: – PHARMACY TECHNOLOGIST – (2 POSITIONS – KIBRA/KISUMU)
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Reporting to the Medical Centre Manager the Pharm. Technologist will:-
o Ensure high standard of drug storage and dispensing at the facility as per Cap 244/245 laws of Kenya
o Ensure availability of pharmacy supplies of the FHOK Pharmacy
o Implement effective drug formulary
o Maintains proper financial records and controls of the Pharmacy budgets
o Maintains accurate data of drug movement and availability
Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
· Length of Experience: 3 years
· Diploma in Pharm. Technology from a recognized institution
· Computer literacy
· Be self-driven and results oriented
Additional Skills (all positions)
Good report writing, analysis and communication skills.
Must be a result oriented and team player
Other Personal Attributes includes Flexible and adaptable, innovative, self-motivated and independent.
