Academics:
A University Degree or Diploma with proven background in Sales or Business Development roles
Job profile:
Identifying and tracking emerging trends directly and indirectly affecting INFAMA’s business, researching industry related publications and events as well as participating in professional organizations
Locating and exploring opportunities and potential business deals by contacting potential partners
Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements and financials and recommending possible approaches to be taken by INFAMA
Developing negotiating strategies by studying integration of new business ventures with existing company strategies and operations while examining risks and business potentials
Closing new business deals by coordinating operational requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Developing new and innovative business concepts which includes planning, preparing presentations and marketing materials
Skills:
High mental acuity
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and ability to cold call potential clients with confidence
High energy levels with the ability to work long hours without supervision
Closing skills – Ability to undertake business-to- business sales at a corporate and retail level with strong presentation skills
Sales planning with strong research and strategic analysis skills
Excellent organisational skills as well as perfomance monitoring
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs
Holders of a full clean driving license will have an added advantage
