The position is in charge of branch operations and ensuring that they meet or exceed set performance targets in respect to underwritten premium, client recruitment, client retention, service quality, debt management and expense control.
The position is responsible for effectively managing key branch account (direct & indirect/intermediary accounts) as assigned. This will entail sourcing new accounts as well as growing and maintaining business relations with dormant accounts through continuous one on one interactions, ensuring upselling and cross selling KOIL products, vetting quality of business, gathering market intelligence/competitor activity and managing feedback & expectations.
The position is responsible for assisting in planning, co-coordinating, executing independent risk and various audits in the Organization and ensuring systematic, disciplined approach for effective risk control management and governance process.
Responsible for building the organization’s market position to achieve financial growth by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with individuals, intermediaries & corporates.
The position is responsible for the development of clear underwriting policies and procedures, reliable pricing mechanisms and ensuring that underwriting is done in accordance to regulatory authorities’ guidelines and in line with our strategy.
