Tower Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited seeks applications from qualified candidates to fill in the following positions; –
1) Branch Supervisor (1) post: (Job ref. No:TSCCS:2017:B.S.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 35-40 years
. K.C.S.E. C+(Plus) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. Have a Business related degree in either:
B.com/ BBA/BBM/BCOB/BCCD/BFI/BEconor CPA (K)/CPS (K).
. Six (6)years’ experience in a Commercial Bank preferably in a supervisory capacity.
. Those with a valid driving license will have an added advantage.
N.B.: This is a senior position that requires managerial skills to supervise all our Branch Network.
2) Branch Accountant (1) post: (Job ref. No: TSCCS:2017: B.A.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 30-35 years.
. K.C.S.E. C+(Plus) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. Have a Business related degree in either B.com/ BBA/BBM/BCOB/BCCD/BEcon/BFI
or CPA (K).
. Five (5) years’ experience in a financial institution.
3) Loans Officer (3) posts: (Job ref. No: TSCCS:2017: L.O.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 30-35 years.
. K.C.S.E. C+(Plus) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. Diploma in Co-operative Management/CCP Part II anddegree in BCOB/BCCD.
. Those with CCP (K) will have an added advantage
. Five (5) years’ experience in a financial institution.
4) Teller/Bookkeeper (23) posts: (Job ref. No: TSCCS:2017:T.B.K.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 24-30 years.
. K.C.S.E. C (Plain) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. CPA Part II/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance & Banking/Business
Administration/Business Management/Co-operative Management/Marketing.
. Those with a business related degree will have an added advantage.
. Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
5) Audit Assistant (1) post: (Job ref. No: TSCCS:2017:A.A.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 25-35 years.
. K.C.S.E. C +(plus) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. Must be a CPA (K) holder and have a Business related degree in either B.com/
BBA/BBM/BCOB/BCCD/BEcon/BFI.
. Three years’ experience in an audit firm.
. Registered member of ICPAK will be an added advantage.
6) Micro-credit Assistant (7) posts:(Job ref. No:TSCCS:2017:M.C.A.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 25 – 30 years.
. K.C.S.E. C (Plain) with C (plain) in Maths and English
. CPA Part II/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance & Banking/Business
Administration/Business Management/Co-operative Management/Marketing.
. Those with a business related degree will have an added advantage.
. Three (3) years’ experience in lending and debt collection preferably in a financial
institution.
7) Registry Clerk (1) post: (Job ref. No:TSCCS:2017:R.C.1)
The applicant will be required to have the following minimum qualifications:
. Age between 24 – 30 years.
. K.C.S.E. C (Plain)
. Diploma in Library & information science/Diploma in archives and records
management. Those with a business related degree will have an added
advantage.
. Three (3) years’ experience in records and registry management.
N.B: All the candidates Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good organization and management skills and be team players. They should also possess strong computer skills and must attach the following; I.D. Card, valid certificate of good conduct, relevant computer certificates, KCSE certificate, professional qualification certificates, professional membership certificate (if any) and give 2 referees.
