AAR Insurance – Contact Centre Executive –

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for maintaining Customer Service levels within the stipulated quality standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduate (Bachelors) degree
• At least 6 months customer service experience

OTHER COMPETENCIES:
• Strong Customer service orientation
• Ability to handle complaints in a polite, empathetic and professional manner
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Flexible to work day and night shift hours
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm when faced with routine work
• Strong negotiation and excellent conflict management skills
• Initiative to update self on new and current products and/or services and promotions
