We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator for our Finance department. We invite applicants who are experienced, results-oriented, and dynamic and self- motivated with proven track record and attributes to excel in a competitive environment.
The Office Administrator will offer administrative support to Finance department and the Group Financial Controller (GFC).
Key Responsibilities:
SAP MM support to Finance & Marketing teams;
Monitor milestones and deadlines for the department;
Coordinate the clearance of internal and external audit queries;
Support in the preparation of board papers and budgets in accordance to the set deadlines;
Preparation of management presentations;
Ensure information flow between GFC Office and the rest of the Group;
Maintain the filing systems and correspondence;
Schedule and follow-up on departmental meetings;
Follow up on subsidiary matters-loan repayment, dividends etc;
Data analysis and preparations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree;
3 years’ working experience;
CPA (II);
Strong computer skills;
Good interpersonal & organisational skills.
