The Head of Human Resources will have overall responsibility for designing and managing all HR systems at AATF. He/she will ensure effective and efficient provision of high quality HR services in support of AATF operations in all AATF locations/offices. The Head of HR will lead ad hoc HR projects as required and determined by management. He/she will provide management reports on headcount and also management responses to audit questions. This role will report to the Executive Director.
The ideal candidate should possess both a Master’s Degree and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. He/she should have minimum five-years’ of experience in human resource management preferably in a non-profit organization, three of which must be in senior managerial capacity. Additionally, he/she should hold membership in a recognized professional body; proficiency in Microsoft Office with an ability to learn new applications quickly; and a good working knowledge of national laws that govern human resources.
