We are looking for an energetic software trainer to join our young and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Trains customers/employees regarding features and operation of software products. Test and maintain training software, documentation, and A/V presentation materials. Conduct training needs analysis and develop technical training plans. Operates under general supervision. Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
Responsible for employee instruction in the absence of specific employee instruction staff. Education: BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Entry level experience in technical training, field sales, product support, and/or consulting experience.
Experience in the IT industry is recommended. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, especially to non-technical audience is desired. Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of technical training. Excellent oral and written communication. Administrative skills, Organisation and efficiency, Analytical and technical skills, a patient and friendly approach to teaching, Presentation Skills, Self-Confidence, Ability to deal with Complexity and motivate others to learn.
