This post reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
The purpose of the post is to ensure that services in MSK are delivered with integrity and a strong commitment to quality as per the set policies and standards. The role requires developing an understanding of capacity needs in relation to the quality service areas and building strong collaborative relationships with both technical and management staff both in the organization and partners working with the organization
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications B. Sc in Nursing or Clinical Medicine or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
Previous experience in Clinical Training and Clinical Support Supervision.
Computer skills is essential (making presentations, analysis of data etc.)
Must be ready to travel a lot (up to 80%).
A valid driving license and minimum two (2) years driving experience.
Always highly motivated and quite innovative
