Reporting Line and specific tasks
Under overall supervision of the FAO Representative in Kenya and direct supervision of the Team Leader Climate Change and NRM and in full collaboration with all relevant FAO staff, the incumbent will:
Minimum Requirements
Completion of Secondary Education.
University Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Programme Management or related fields would be desirable, but is not a requirement.
Minimum one-year experience working in a similar position; more specifically experience in programme design and project cycle management.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Kiswahili is added advantage.
Good communication, analytical, presentation and reporting skills and an excellent team-player;
Competency in the use of Computer Applications MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Proven experience with UN regulations and procedures will be an added advantage
