Royal Mabati Factory Ltd, a multinational company that primarily deals with roofing materials,in Kenya is looking for an energetic and experienced Human Resource Officer to further strengthen its team of excellent staff members.The HR Officer reports to the Managing Director.

Job Summary
The Human Resource Officer will handle all human resources functional areas such as recruitment & selection, policies and procedures, employee records and documentation, employee relations, health and safety, performance management, rewards & remuneration general training and general administrative duties.The suitable candidate should be ready to start ASAP.

Qualifications, Skills and Qualities required:
• Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Membership of the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM), Kenya.
• Good knowledge of Kenya Labour Laws.
• At least 4 years experience in a busy HR Department
• Good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to solve employee problems in time.
Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with people and records.
• A high level of attention to fine detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and the ability to priorities workload, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Has a professional and ethical approach to work
• Knowledge of HRIS is essential
• At least 35 years old.
