We are currently seeking one Call Center Officer with debt collection experience.
Call Center Officer duties and responsibilities:
● Ensuring that repayments on sales comply with their schedule.
● Calling Agents regarding overdue accounts and following up on expected payment dates
● Issuing credit hold notifications to Field Sales Representatives, Chama’s and Agents
● Negotiating repossession and return of unpaid products.
● Updating the credit tracking system by recording all interactions with Agents, Chama’s and Field Sales
Representatives efficiently and accurately.
● Recommending bad debt write-offs
● Other duties as assigned.
