Sales Executive

A company which provides Design, promotion, Printing and Branding Services to its clients within East Africa, is seeking to add the following persons to its vibrant team to support the company achieve its vision.
The ideal persons
Should be enthusiastic; self motivated and ready offer their expertise in the mentioned positions. Business Development Executive – Printing & Branding Reporting to the Sales Manager,
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements •
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent •
At least 3 years experience in sales for Design, promotion, Printing and Branding and preferably specific to Corporate and SME Clients •
Enthusiastic about sales targets with a demonstrated ability to meet them •
A pleasant demeanor with positive attitude towards work •
A team player • Good communication and networking skills •
Knowledge in preparation of winning sales presentations •
Negotiating skills •
Technical knowledge in Printing and Branding will be an added advantage
The main duties & Responsibilities include: •
Lead generation for the company’s products in the market •
Organizing for meetings with potential customers for pitching and demonstration of the company’s products •
Preparation of proposals for potential customers to give solutions to their needs •
Negotiating proposed solutions with potential customers and closing sales Account management • Responsible for professional representation of the company including being neat, pleasant and correctly presenting the company’s solutions to the market •
Responsible for the achievement of the product’s target set by the company •
Responsible for accurate proposal of solutions to meet customers’ needs including the prices quoted. •
Responsible for submitting to the management reports for customers met and the progress made in closing the deals
