M P Shah Hospital is looking to recruit an ambitious and career driven person for a vacancy in above position:

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties.
•Allocation of remittances.
•Sorting, arranging and filling of payment vouchers.
•Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving.
•Prepare letters on behalf of the department.
•Ensuring that cheques are signed by respective signatories.
•Liaising with banks in case of any account changes.
•Receive and dispatch cheques to respective individuals.
•Following up on cheques to ensure they are ready on time.
•Maintain and keep a record of cheques received and issued.

Minimum Requirements.
•Degree in business, finance or any other related field.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
•Skill in prioritizing tasks.
•Excellent time management and organization.
•Proficiency in MS Office.
