Introduction
The job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the KWAL route to market strategy at the distributor level.

Specification.
In collaboration with the ASMs and distributors;
 Ensuring compliance with distributor operating standards i.e. minimum stock levels, tools, warehousing, people and sales systems.
 Design and implement distributor route coverage.
 Ensure achievement of route coverage targets by distributor.
 Continuous evaluation and review of distributor route to market structures.
 Advise and implement best warehousing and stock management practices
 Monthly review of distributor profitability with KWAL operations
 Training and coaching distributor sales men
 Weekly and monthly updates on route to market progress.
 Growing distributor retail coverage and percentage of KWAL’s share in distributor business
 Advising distributors on best cash flow management practises.
 Implementation of Distributor Sales Reps SFAS

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
 A masters in a relevant field or possession of professional certification will be an added advantage
 At least three (3) years’ experience in managing distributors at area sales manager level in FMCG or similar industry.
 Experience with an automated sales environment is essential.
 Practical experience in use of MS packages and ERP systems
