As a Fertility Specialist for Kenya you will be in charge of:
- To achieve Fertility OP for Kenya.
- To maintain relationships with the Fertility Specialists and wider group of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists.
- To liaise with the distributor partners to ensure availability and smooth supply and delivery to the centres.
- To implement the Brand plan and strategies as put forward by Marketing.
- To follow up and call on Fertility centres to ensure Merck Portfolio grows in Market share
- Monitor Competitor activities and share market intelligence; feed this back into Marketing to have an actionable strategy.
In addition to the above you will also align with and support the EPA strategic goals, always in alignment with the direct manager, as well as colleagues in other supportive functions, and work in close collaboration with all functions with specific focus on the FLMs, Medical, Training, regulatory.
On the People and organizational development side you will be collaborative, work with the cross-functional brand team and focus on skills upgrading and portfolio training for self to enhance your skill set.
You will be responsible for communicating all quality complaints received within 24 hrs to QA Department, all AE received within 24hrs to Patient Safety Department.
