We are looking for a Learning and Development Assistant to design and deliver educational programs for our service operations teams.The responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. For this role, you will work closely with our operations and quality assurance teams to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. You will be expected to understand the systems and standards of performance for the service operations teams.Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement·
Design training curricula within time and budget constraints·
Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)·
Recruit and Onboard new service operations team members· Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses.·
Monitor operations and quality assurance objectives and results· Facilitate all practical training that is conducted on all sites.·
Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses· Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. service effectiveness, )· Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars·
Manage all assessment procedures and recording systems.·
Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs· Inform the recruitment process as a result of training· administrative support for training, including posting class recordings to our on-demand learning platform, managing class materials, supporting instructors with class set-up and take-down, entering attendance data into our learning management system, and handling other projects that promote the use of our training resources.·
Assist in the development of the on-demand learning platform.· Scheduling different classes both for existing staff and incoming staff. Manage program logistics including scheduling, securing training rooms, training set-up and materials and trouble-shooting.·
Proofread all work with an eye for detail and accuracy·
Assist with other HR related projects as needed
Required Education and/or Experience:
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Familiarity with audio/visual tools and learning management systems· Diploma degree
