Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your main assignments will be to manage and supervise In-flight Services activity (Make&Pack, Wash&Pack, Planning-Forecasting, Laundry, Pick&Pack, Warehouse/Stores, Ramp Operations, Airport Lounges), i.e. 400 employees.Your main responsibilities will be :- To participate in developing, implementing and controlling the In-Flight Service Strategy of the company through commercial and operational action plans,- To guarantee the best operational service performance (On Time, In Full, Error Free), productivity, Food and Ramp safety,- To prepare annual budgets and follow-up the financial performance of the activity,- To ensure customer satisfaction and relation,- To maintain good relationship with customers/suppliers with other units and support departments.
Qualifications:
BAKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in team management,
- Significant experience in catering,
- Good knowledge of HACCP rules.
EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Managerial abilities,
- Economic and management expertise of the activity,
- Ability to anticipate, organize and decide,
- Very operational and communicating person,
- Availability and reactivity,
- Culture of change,
- Fluent English necessary.
