Job Description

Patrium is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Los Angeles with multiple international operations. We are reimagining healthcare delivery at home through an end-to-end redesign of the care process. Currently, ~70% of an episode of care is spent on administrative, non-revenue or care enhancing activities, leading to clinician burnout and shortages, suboptimal patient care and subsequent reimbursement issues for providers. Patrium’s technology-enhanced care model has the potential to enable partner healthcare organizations to see up to 3x the number of patients with the same head count while improving quality of care and ensuring compliance with regulatory shifts and reimbursement policies.

The Role To support our US-based team, Patrium is developing a Virtual Care Center in Nairobi, Kenya. We are looking for four nurses with at least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, case management, ICD-10 coding (or similar) to help establish the center.

The Opportunity

  • This is a chance to use your clinical skills and your passion for people to help redefine the future of home-based healthcare
  • You will be part of a mission-driven team looking to transform the lives of patients and the clinicians that serve them

  • Provide virtual care management support to counterpart clinicians based in the US
  • Collaborate with our technology team to support product development

  • At least 1-2 years of clinical experience
  • Strong team player who also works effectively independently
  • Passion for technology and how it can improve health care outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures

  • Competitive package commensurate with experience
  • Benefits e.g. potential for equity (i.e. a stake in the company)
