    • Achieve sales target for Brands in the assigned Territory.
    • Develop & verify a database of customers in line with marketing strategies
    • Conduct customer sales calls to deliver coverage of customer database in line with set CPAs, set call rates per day & set frequency calls per tiered customer rating
    • Prepare a weekly planner of all activities i.e. daily call rates, customer targets based on frequency analysis, marketing activities, etc.
    • Deploy weekly planner every week.
  • Plan, Record & report weekly activities on specified days in the company CRM Tool.
  • Monitor weekly achievement of all activities & deploy action plans to reverse under achievement.
  • To deliver budgeted growth in territory, continuously assess the market in order to identify new customers and add to the existing customer base.
  • Follow up territorial sales achievement on weekly basis and develop & deploy action plans to reverse under achievement.
  • Update territorial customer database on quarterly basis.
  • Provide feedback on customer business development, competitive activity and product performance to assist in the development of marketing strategies in the monthly report format.
  • Conduct all sales calls to selected target audience in line with specific product marketing strategies
  • Conduct all sales calls to selected target audience in line with specific & current internal Selling Skills Program
  • Effectively manage OPEX, as per Company Financial Guidelines
  • Adhere to Company Regulations that govern IS tools, IS policies, HR Policies & Company Code of Ethics.
  • Timeously complete all assigned Company Training requirements.
  • Any other duties that from time to time are assigned.
