    • The role will work with Food Service Restaurant lead, marketing team and engage stakeholders in the sector in strategy execution to deliver clear objectives within the assigned accounts.
    • Establish and drive agreed growth plans for both existing and new accounts while ensuring sales objectives are achieved.
    • The role will do technical and commercial presentations to customers through detailing products which will be aligned through Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop and execute a clear FSR sales funnel, forecast and manage projects to completion.
  • Analyze customer information for process and customer experience improvement opportunities. Develop reports as required for your managers, as well as Sector or Marketing leads, detailing: competitive environment; opportunities for sales, product, or service improvement; trends in competitive landscape; and recommendations to improve lead generation, bid, and sales close effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the development of key competencies through transfer of knowledge in value selling, technical skills, industry insights etc. by following prescribed on boarding programs (new hires & peers training programs, double working and selling opportunities).
  • Support and advice customers in forecasting based on customer consumption and ensure right portfolio mix.
  • Achieve set revenue targets.
