The Roles:

B2B Customer Support Officer, CMR & Logistics Officer AND Test Day Delivery Coordinator

Role 1: B2B Customer Support Officer – Nairobi

The Role Purpose: 

The long-term purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, effective operational co-ordination and delivery of Business to Business (B2B) Exams and Projects at the right cost and customer experience. The role is to support B2B Customers on operational, system and technical issues and report issues and resolutions to the Account Relationship Manager to develop and retain the Account. During the transition period, the role will provide this support to Business to Customer (B2C) customers, focusing on registration and payment systems and Computer-Based testing. It will also provide operational finance support to country and cluster teams including PO creation, Direct Invoicing processing and debtor management.

Role Requirements: 

  • University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
  • Experience in B2B / B2C customer service environment
  • Experience of and ability to deliver excellent standards of customer service
  • Understanding and experience of risk and compliance management
  • Experience of supporting delivery of computer based exams advantageou

Role 2: 
CMR & Logistics Officer – Nairobi

The Role Purpose: 

The purpose of this role is to support the safe handling in accordance with compliance standards, of confidential materials during the multiple exchanges in country/location. This includes movement and activities related to the primary storage area known as the Confidential Materials Room (CMR).

Role Requirements: 

  • Degree in any subject or relevant qualification
  • Experience in identifying and minimising risk
  • Experience in compliance environment
  • Experience of working in a high volume, busy operational environment, delivering to standard
  • Experience of supporting delivery of computer based exams advantageous

Role 3: 
Test Day Delivery Coordinator – Nairobi

The Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Exams. To manage Venue Supervisor engagement, relationship and performance.  To co-ordinate and manage any risk or issue resolution, including co-ordination of customer communication directly or through customer services.  To be point of contact for Venues/ Venue Supervisors on the day. This role will be required to work test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours. 

Role Requirements:

  • University degree in any subject or relevant qualification
  • Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to ensure compliance, risk and security standards are monitored and maintained
  • Experience working in Exams advantageous
  • Experience of supporting delivery of computer based exams advantageous
