The Position
The position shall report to the property manager. The Job holder’s roles will be to oversee the general operation of Kencom House Building which ranges from physical property management, facilities management and security operation in liaison with security department.
The Person
In order to be considered for the position, all applicants should have;
  1. Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in any Engineering related field/Building and Construction from a recognized institution.
  2. Professional qualifications in Engineering related courses/Building and Construction would be an added advantage
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in facilities management especially of modern high rise buildings
  4. At least 3 years Risk Management experience
  5. At least 3 years in team management
  6. A hard-working, honest, dependable, self-motivated person
  7. Willing to learn and highly adaptable to changes.
  8. Must be reliable and work flexibly
  9. Has exceptional Planning and Organizing skills
  10. Project Management Skills
