JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (Nairobi, Kenya)
With the following qualification:
• BA Degree in Management/Business Management/Business Administration/Business Administration and Information Systems/Aviation/Accounting/Accounting Information System with a minimum of one year experience in known organization aviation related activities such as airline reservation and ticketing.
OR
• Minimum of college Diploma in any business field of study (Travel & Tourism, Travel Operations) with a minimum of one year experience in known organization (preferably an IATA Travel Agency or Airline) aviation related activities such as airline reservation and ticketing.
• Customer Oriented
• Must have experience in Airline Reservations and Ticketing
• Good skills in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Location: Nairobi, Kenya
• Term: Fixed Term Contract
