Waumini Co-operative is a National fast-growing Sacco based in Nairobi with a membership of over 30,000 spread across Kenya. The Sacco is registered by the Sacco Regulatory Body – SASRA. We intend to fill the position below on a 2-year renewable contract for our Head Office located at Applewood Adams -Nairobi.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

PABX management

Handling inquiries received by phone and emails from internal and external stakeholder.

Directing queries to relevant officers and ensuring that feedback is promptly given.

Managing and resolving member complaints.

Ensuring professional, timely, accurate and efficient flow of information to and from members and other stakeholders at all times.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions and transactions.

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

Diploma in Public relations/ International relations/Business Management/Marketing/Cooperative Management (Degree is an added advantage.)

Minimum 2 years working experience in the field.

Knowledge of accounting, credit and lending principles and basic computer skills

Knowledge of SACCO practices and legal requirement.

Telephone Skills

Strong commitment and passion to customer service.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
