We are pleased to announce the following vacancy in Logistic & Procurement Department. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.
Detailed Responsibilities
\In charge of all stocks movement control.
Monitor and maintain accurate stocks report both in eTMs, Oracle and Excel.
Liaise with surveyors on daily loadings and stock balances.
Maintain schedules and reports for entries and taxes paid to KRA.
Follw up of vessel clearance documentation with appointed 3rd parties.
Compile monthly reports for trucks / volumes evacuated and balances.
Prepare schedules for monthly stock takes.
Handle ships documentation for discharge, back loading of shipments.
Crating and maintaining filing systems & office systems.
Any other duty assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in Supply chain management.
Proven 2 years working experience in the same field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to interact with clients and vendors in a professional manner
Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills
Honest, hardworking and work under minimal Supervision
Ability to operate in a team environment
Ability to balance multiple tasks and operate within a deadline oriented environment.
Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills for data entry.
Excellent organizational skills.
Be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
