MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Secretary, Ministry of Health, the Technical Advisor will provide technical expertise in Health Systems Policy, Financing and Health Systems Strengthening. Additionally, this role requires the synthesis of evidence and best practice in order to develop key documents including policy briefs, and reports for high-level meetings at the national and county level.
Qualifications
- First degree in Medicine, Nursing or a related scientific field with an advanced university degree in Epidemiology or Public Health.
- Substantial training in public health program monitoring & evaluation or similar qualifications highly desirable.
