Execute administrative, HR and legal related tasks to support the Project HR Manager following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to provide the HR Support required to achieve project objectives.
•Diploma in Human resource or Business Administration
•2 years work experience in Human Resource or Administration
•Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s in the related job is desirable
•English essential, local language desirable
•Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet) Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws is desirable.
•Result and quality orientation, Team work and Cooperation, Behavioural Flexibility, Commitment to MSF Principles, Stress Management.
