- Education:Degree in Statistical sciences, Sales & Marketing or Business Administration.
- Training: Marketing & Research Training
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience
- Skills: Marketing, Interpersonal, Communication, Computer, Public
- Relations, Organizational, Time management, Research skills, analytical, presentation skills.
- Source for new tenders and pre-qualifications from all available print and electronic media and share with the Bids Officer
- Conduct market & new products Research and intelligence gathering Conduct Competitor Analysis
- Conduct Brand Audits
- Identify big projects and notices relevant to the organization
- Identification of all public notices for personnel references for the HR department.
- Administer the BM Marketing calendar plan Ensure adherence to the brand book
- Coordinate Brand committee / Marketing meetings
- Liaise with the marketing material consultant
- Management of all BM marketing Merchandise
- Provide logistical and marketing support for BM promotional events Coordinate production of quarterly company news letters
- Video/ Photo coverage during all BM Events
- Collation of countrywide security incidences and Compile Weekly Security Reports to Clients
- Manage BM Social Media Platforms and communication Support Corporate Social Responsibility projects and activities
The ideal candidate for the above position should also be a team player with drive and initiative and demonstrate ability to achieve results.
