We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Nairobi office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties.
  • Drafting documents.
  • Handling correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the Manager’s diary.

Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Secretarial qualifications or experience.
  • Ability to get things done.
  • Results oriented.
  • Hardworking, honest and with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
