Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, end-users and partners.
Lead and present technical discussions internally as well as externally, with customers, partners, and suppliers, therefore, should be technically sound and able to learn new technologies within a short time.
Achieve growth and meeting sales target
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Generate sales leads
Develop new business
Meet sales targets
Manage and retain key accounts
Maintain high level of product/system knowledge
Present and demonstrate systems / products
Conduct market and product research to identify market need and trends
Support all customer requirements in conformance with company policies and procedures
Schedule and hold customer meetings
Prepare and issue customer proposals
Submit monthly sales reports
Maintain customer pipeline
Manage debt collection of key accounts
Academic and professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field from a recognized University
Marketing professional qualification
Knowledge, skills and ability required:
A minimum of 5 years verifiable working experience in corporate Sales account Management performing similar tasks as mentioned above
Have a proven track record selling Integrated security solutions in Africa to major accounts in both public and private sectors
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in selling Integrated Security solutions (experience expanding to the region will be an added advantage)
Must have experience in selling systems
