Job brief

Provide expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service. Ensure merchandise are presented in a way that appeals to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Actively participate in showroom hospitality to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Perform routine showroom appearance maintenance; ensure showroom is tidy and all displays up to date and functioning
  • Establish and maintain customer relations through education and promotion of new products and services by maintaining ever changing product knowledge.
  1. Conducts follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone and e-mail contact to identify customer needs.
  2. Build customer confidence by offering practical suggestions to help the customers envision our products within their home and business.
  3. Assist field sales representatives on their custom requests, registered projects
  • Assist in processing orders and quotations
  • Routine correspondence with clients in a prompt and professional manner
  1. Maintain client database for follow up purposes
  2. Assist with other duties as may be assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree/diploma in sales and market or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years related experience in equipment sales operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of tasks
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with customers, articulate and presentation.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excell
  • Past experience in sales role in similar equipment sales will be an added advantage.
