An upcoming hotel based in Naivasha, seeks to hire a highly competent, self-driven and result oriented Banqueting Supervisor.


  • Plan, prepare, and execute banquet activities, supervise service workers, ensure dining facilities are clean, properly decorated, and coordinate service details.
  • Develop, implement, monitor standards of service and coordinate all banqueting activities, including liaison with kitchen staff to ensure seamless services to guests.
  • Monitor and handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale


  • Certificate in Food & Beverage operations. A Diploma or degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a busy star rated hotel.
  • High level of integrity and passion for customer service and staff motivation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking, leadership and communication skills.
