PATH is seeking a Research Associate to join the public health team in the Diagnostics (Dx) Program. Working across the product development process, we innovate, introduce, and integrate critical diagnostic tools to achieve health impact. Equally valuable are skills in building collaborations, partnering with broad stakeholder groups, working across projects and teams around the world, clear communication (verbal and written), and strong time and people management.

The Research Associate role is a critical member of agile, dynamic product development teams, and is integrally involved in designing, producing, critiquing, improving, and disseminating rigorous and thoughtful results, as well as summarizing complex concepts into concise and approachable materials. A successful applicant already has training and experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and ideally human-centered design principles.
