Gross Salary: 20k plus Commissions,

Location: Nairobi, Kenya,

Our Client is a leading real estate company based in Nairobi with properties spread across Kenya. They seek to hire experienced, self-driven sales executives who will be tasked in marketing the company’s properties, handling client consultation meetings, with the aim of generating new leads as well as working with the rest of the team to meet the company’s sales target and strategic growth plan.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the achievement of allocated monthly sales targets by proactively and rigorously engaging in marketing and sales activities.
  • Calling clients to make follow ups.
  • Propose potential corporate clients and propose ideas of penetrating such clientele.
  • Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. -Act as the face of the company and offer an unforgettable experience to the client.
  • Participating in the company’s marketing activities
  • Accompany clients during visits to the properties.
  • Maintaining and servicing existing customer portfolio to realize revenue
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new new property listings.
  • Providing progress reports on new enquiries, new leads and all sales made.
  • Providing information feedback, on customer needs and monitoring competitor activity.
  • Contributing and making use of company digital resources such as social media pages to push the brand.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in sales, marketing or business related field
  • Well-groomed and well-spoken with a strong database of clients
  • 2-3 years’ sales and marketing experience in a real estate company.
  • Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and networking skills

NB: Experience selling in real estate is a MUST
