FieldPro is a mobile and web based platform developed by Optimetriks that helps manufacturers and distributors to easily manage and automate their day-to-day field operations and achieve higher levels of efficiency.

Our solution connects the different actors of the distribution ecosystem allowing information flows in real time. We help brands achieve 4 operational objectives essential to gain productivity and improve performance: Field Force Monitoring, Outlets Maping, Retail Audit and Sales Automation.

We transform the approach to distribution, moving from a top down to a collaborative one, for businesses to be in close relationship with their retailers and field agents.

Optimetriks was founded in 2015. Since the start of our activities in East Africa, we have been working with both local and large international brands such as Danone, Nestlé, Orange, Vodacom, among others. Requirements

We are looking for a customer success officer to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. The role is based in Nairobi to look after all our English speaking customers.

  • On board new accounts, as per commercial terms and defined guidelines
  • Assist in new product introduction and release activities
  • Monitor the execution of running projects through interaction with stakeholders
  • Ensure good user experience and adoption of the solution
  • Management, monitoring and control of incidents, queries and suggestions of assigned accounts.
  • Provide after sales supports
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.

About The Role

  • Deploy new projects, implement solutions, ensure consistent execution as per commercial terms and defined guidelines
  • Monitor the execution of running projects through interaction with stakeholders
  • Ensure good user experience and adoption of the solution
  • Contribute to the development of our solution by working closely with the Tech Team (Users feedback, testing, etc.)
  • Provide regular reporting of actions and results to head office, define action plans, document practices

About You

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, energetic.

  • Good communication skills
  • Stringent execution skills
  • Decisive, multi-task.
  • Speak advanced English
  • Bachelor in science or business
  • Based in Kenya
  • 2-3 years of mandatory relevant experience (customer success / user support) in a SaaS company
