Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Manager will oversee operations in multiple branches making up a region. You will oversee market and product penetration, operational support, and resourcing in your designated region to ensure branches run profitably.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Diploma holders will be considered
- More than 5 years’ experience as a branch or unit leader in financial services industry or insurance
- Ability to train and manage a large and geographically diverse sales team
- Attract and retain key staff
- Good knowledge of the microfinance landscape in Kenya.
