About the Position:

We have an excellent opportunity for experienced Sales Administrator who will responsible for efficient vehicle stock control and efficient allocation of the same to sales consultants. The job will also provide administrative support, updated information flow and customer handling and response to the sales department with the aim of enhancing Divisional / Branch efficiency and corporate image.


Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage vehicle stock controls
  • Prepare periodic stock and sales returns
  • Record and update vehicle stock books and files
  • Coordinate sales related activities
  • Handle customer requests and complaints.
  • Prepare sales reports


About You:

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following qualification, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: University Degree with a Sales & Marketing major

Minimum Experience: 3 years relevant working experience.
