Waumini Housing Cooperative Society Ltd is seeking additional talent to serve in the role outlined below.
1. Timely preparation of Financial Reports.
2. Timely preparation of Project Performance Reports
3. Prepare budget performance reports on a quarterly basis to evaluate the profitability of the Housing Cooperative
4. Timely preparation and submission of payroll and related statutory deductions
5. Maintenance of the asset register including conducting annual assets audit exercises.
6. Registration of new housing members.
1. CPA II and above / ACCA
2. Experience in a busy Accounts Office.
3. Knowledge of Housing Cooperative Operations is an added advantage.
4. Hands on experience with Financial Accounting software Skills
5. Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education qualification
6. Sound ICT skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical skills,
7. Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet strict deadlines.
