Pazurina Holdings International Limited is a real estate company based in Kenya with offices countrywide. We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to be based in the Nairobi Office.

Key job responsibilities include

· Customer service – management of various customers phases including;

o Handling inquiries

o New customer onboarding through advertising and or any other way

o Processing relevant documents,

o Daily follow ups through email, phone calls etc

o Monthly debt collection

· General office administrative work including;

o organizing office events,

o petty cash management,

o managing office supplies,

o managing the filing system,

o maintenance of the office equipment

· Contracted staff management

· Any other Duties

Education and Desired Experience

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy office preferably real estate

· Degree/Diploma in a Business-related course

· Working knowledge of microsoft office

· Experience in customer management

· Experience in debt collection will be an added advantage

Desired Competencies

· High level of interpersonal skills

· Fast thinking, proactive and confident working unsupervised using own initiative

· Working knowledge in Microsoft office- Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc

· Be a confident person with a flexible nature

· Have a passion for accuracy and clarity of thought

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Excellent multitasking skills

· A team player
