a) Must have a PhD in Law

b) Three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Legal Officer or comparable position

c) Must possess CPS (K)

d) Must be a Commissioner of Oaths

e) Certificate of Good Conduct

f) Must be Computer Literate

a) Must possess Master’s degree in Law or any other relevant area

b) Three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Legal Officer or comparable position
