Job description
The Telesales Supervisor’s main responsibility is to ensure that the Aspira’s Telesales team operates efficiently to maximise the conversion of leads into sales. This will include constant monitoring of Telesales operations, agents and Key Performance Indicators, as well as reporting on all of these. The position carries attractive performance-based incentives.
