Accreditation and Temporary Applications Assistant

REF: EBK/HR & ADM/RT/030/VOL I (207)

Job Title: Accreditation and Temporary Applications Assistant

Terms of Engagement: Temporary for one (1) Year

Remuneration:Gross Consolidated Remuneration of Ksh. 25,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities

i. Assist in the administration functions related to accreditation of engineering programmes and registration of foreign engineers;

ii. Gather information in relation to research on emerging accreditation areas;

iii. Prepare various accreditation and registration reports;

iv. Execute accreditation activities;

v. Respond to general requests for information about accreditation;

vi. Compile accreditation information for updating on the Board’s website; and

vii. Put in place mechanisms for managing accreditation related electronic/hard copy filing systems for the Board.

viii. Prepare materials required for accreditation

Minimum Requirements:

i. Degree in Economics and Statistics/Actuarial Science

ii. At least one (1) year of relevant experience on matters accreditation and temporary applications

(iii) Analytical Skills

(iv) Strong Communications and Reporting Skills

(v) Interpersonal Skills

(vii) Integrity
