ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Responsibilities
• Performing reconciliation of all necessary account balances and preparing periodical management accounts.
• Payroll preparation and administration.
• Handling taxation and all other statutory obligations.
• Designing and implementing functional and effective internal controls.
• Providing leadership and coordination in the preparation and implementation of annual operational budgets based on the Company’s Strategic Plan.
• In charge of Payables
• Profit and Loss Balance sheet reports.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-year post qualification experience in accounting or
financial related field.
• Professional Accountancy Qualification CPA or ACCA.
• Perfectly fluent in English language, written and spoken,
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, SAP and other
accounting software).
• Proficiency in accounting software i..e QuickBooks
Required skills:
• Highly motivated committed, and able to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure and with minimal
supervision.
• High degree of adaptability and capacity to learn.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Precise, dynamic and high level of integrity and loyalty.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
