The Nairobi Women’s Hospital has successfully grown into one of Kenya’s largest chain of hospital. Job Description: Based in the Meru Unit and reporting to the Hospital Manager, with a matrix reporting to the Imaging Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in Imaging Department while ensuring availability of the services/equipment, cost and stock control and superior customer service.


  • Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences and a Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound and must have a valid license from the Radiation Board.
  • The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service.
  • The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

Key Competencies: Customer Focus, Team Work, Managing performance, Results Oriented, Reliability with demonstrated interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism and ethics.
